President Samia Suluhu Hassan likens herself to a deaf frog, in a public display of insolence.

16 June 2024 — In a sham ceremony a couple of days ago, Tanzanian President Samia Suluhu Hassan likened herself to a deaf frog, in that she didn’t listen to the people for whom she holds office to serve.

Suffice it to say, this is a public admission by the President of the United Republic Of Tanzania that she doesn’t care what the people say, and even less so what they want.

And this would explain why all the noise on the illegal Maasai evictions, and the unconstitutional handing over of all of Tanzania’s ports to Dubai’s DP World, not to mention the recent nationwide demonstrations calling for a new Constitution, have fallen on deaf ears.

The President opined she didn’t care, and went a step further. She instructed her minions to ignore the plight of the people. Case closed. I rest my case.

To put an end to this tyrannical regime which has audaciously denied the people the right to choose their own leaders, the Tanzanian people must remove the CCM government from power.

And for that to happen, opposition leader Tundu Lissu wants to traverse the country to open the eyes of the people to make them understand the real reason why their lives are without hope.

And so Tanzanians and friends abroad, who want to see a free Tanzania where the government genuinely cares about the welfare of the people, are fundraising using a myriad of financial platforms — including GoFundMe, to purchase a vehicle for Tundu Lissu, so that his bullet ridden SUV goes to a museum for future generations to learn from this country’s dark history.

Please help Tundu Lissu reach every Tanzanian by donating on GoFundMe.
